Its sticky, heavy and goopy and like a previous reviewer stated: it doesn't really help with chapped lips. I didn't return but I wished I had. Won't buy it again. Fresh sugar lip treatment is the real deal.
When I moved to Chicago last winter my lips really suffered––dry and flaking pretty much every day. Until someone at the Clinique counter suggested this product while I was there buying other things. So glad I tried it! I've never used anything on my lips that works so well. Now I never have dry or flaking lips, and this looks good and stays on for a long time. Only downside is that it's pretty sticky, so if the wind is blowing, my hair often gets stuck on my lips. Still doesn't stop me from using it. I just ordered three at once to stock up!

This isn't anything spectacular. It's way over priced and it doesn't help with my chapped lips very much. I have to apply it constantly, and it's sticky.
