I gave this product a strong test. It passed with flying colors. There is absolutely no makeup residue on your skin after washing. It is gentle and neutral and does not have a weird smell. It thorougly cleans and most cleansers do not.

This gel cleanser is GREAT for oily skin, and washes away clean. Fantastic! A little goes a LONG way.

I have been using the Acne Solutions system for a couple of years with great results until about 3 months ago when my skin just started breaking out badly - I'm guessing my skin just stopped responding to it. I replaced the cleanser in the 3-step system with this one and have had AMAZING results. I still use the acne solutions clarifying lotion and the moisturizer but replacing the cleanser with this has made a huge difference. I honestly don't have to wear makeup or powder anymore. I would totally recommend this to those with oily skin!
