I've used this for years to remove my eye makeup, and it works great, plus it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. I've never had a problem with it at all.

I love this creamy eye makeup remover. I have sensitive skin and do not care for oily eye makeup removers. This is the perfect remover.

Doesn't get the job done

I get that it's supposed to be gentle, but this doesn't remove my eye makeup. It leaves mascara behind 100% of the time. Pointless!

Not happy doesn't fully remove mascara

While it's gentle it doesn't fully remove all mascara, which is a disappointment causing me to have to use a second item to fully remove
