I really think they changed their formula. It used to be much better at removing mascara. Now I have to put a lot on cotton pad and hold it on my eyes for a bit, then keep going back and pressing on my lashes. This has been my go to for many years but I’m thinking of looking for a new product. It has been gentle and does not ever bother my eyes. I also liked that it didn’t leave a greasy film on eyes.
