I've been using this product for about 2 years now. I always apply before mascara. It help mascara stay in place and give skinny lashes extra OOMPH! I make sure to apply mascara directly after applying Lash primer, this will let the mascara to go on easier. If the primer dries, mascara does not go on smoothly or stick to lashes.
