My bargain hunting doesn't end on the clothing racks, I want beauty for the best price too. The Estee lauder eye pencil duo refills are a savvy shopper's go-to. They have an array of colors from the darkest black to the softest grey. The colors stay on till I wipe them off. Most important to my allergic eyes--they never cause a problem. Using a tiny clutch is no problem for these must-haves, just pop out of pencil holder and drop into your bag. I love this product and have for years!
So far one of my favorite eye liner. Love the Walnut Brown color. It is value for money, as we also get a refill with it.

Proseasy to blend, smudgable
Exactly what I needed - as I'm pale it's easy for eyeliners to overpower instead of enhance. Perfect softness to smudge at the outsides of my eyes while still lightly accenting the insides. Thank you!
