I have been using this brow pencil for 6 years, the color is perfect for my fair and freckled complexion, and doesn't smudge during the day. Easy to apply, and gives me nice, filled in brows!
When doing my brows, practice doesn’t always make perfect, but this pencil helps a lot. Smooth texture is blendable with the brush on other end, good for thin or thick lines. Color is buildable and lasting. The refill cartridge snaps right into the sturdy holder. Retractable automatic pencils are a must. Better value than buying a new pencil every time. The original pencil holder comes with an extra refill. When I saw this called a Duo Refill, I expected two refills but it’s just one.
