Love This Eyebrow pencil and Refill

I've been using this Estée Lauder eyebrow pencil and refill for years and I love it! The pencil has a brush on the end to blend in my color on my brow . Also the color is a good match and goes on smooth.

Unhappy with Este Lauder's Brow Pencil Refill

Proseasy to use, natural-looking, effective, perfect color
After I inserted the automatic brow pencil refill into the pencil. I noticed that a small piece of the "pencil lead" fell off of the tip of the brow pencil. When I tried to refill the "lead" to its proper level the pencil "lead" would not increase when I turned the automatic pencil to raise the "lead". It appeared that there was no refill lead left in the pencil. I was very disappointed. It seems to me that I had a similar problem happen the last time I tried this particular brow pencil refill. In the mean time I have been using the pencil with a different color of "lead". It is the same brow pencil that I have been using with the "failed" pencil refill. This "lead" is to dark for my brows, that is why I need this other pencil "lead". The color of the failed "lead" is perfect for my brows. I hope that Este Lauder can fix this problem.

Easy to use eyebrown pencil

Prosnatural-looking
I had a difficult time finding an easy to use blonde eyebrow pencil and Estee Lauder exceeds my needs. Love the automatic pencil with refills available but most of all I love the light color. I've used this pencil now for a long time and love being able to order it online from Nordstroms. It was delivered in just a few days, excellent packaging, and great service.
