As per the description it is a very light translucent powder. I don't have to wear and foundation with this product and looks natural

Almost what I was looking for

I've been out of my loved and adored Lucidity loose powder for a while. Why it was discontinued I will never understand. It was perfect and I had used it for many, many years. I tried the Re-Nutriv powder but it is heavier and although the color is supposed to the the same (I wear 01) it has a lot more orange in it. Bought this with the intention of using a hammer on it if I had to but found that using a big brush to apply did the trick. The color has a bit more yellow than the original loose but it's still a much better substitute. I prefer to moisturize and then use only the powder, then concealer and blush. My skin is fair and fragile and any more make up than that looks heavy.

the smell is so strong!

I was not expecting the perfumed smell! It is overwhelming. Even with a light application, you can smell the powder a few hours later. I used to use the translucent loose powder and was really sad when it was discontinued. This pressed version does not live up to the loose form. It doesn't work for touch-up purposes and it becomes cakey. I returned this.
