When I opened it, the product was dried up and it looks as if the bristles have broken off the wand. I'm very disappointed. I've never had a bad experience with YSL makeup, or Nordstrom, for that matter.
I had received a sample of this from Nordstrom and loved it. I splurged for the full size but was so disappointed. This was thick, went on very heavy and gloppy - the opposite of the sample I had.
Best mascara I have ever had so far. It doesn't clogged up and it keeps each lash separate. I have an Asian eyelashes therefore this ad only little volume. Best to invest on using Latisse then this mascara is just another added extension with fullness.

I have been looking for the perfect mascara for a while and this is the best one yet! It’s not clumpy. It makes my lashes long and stays on all day.
