Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting
Description is perfect "firm, yet flexible" . I had no problem drawing a line on my uppper lids, then smooth them out with a Q-tip.

a dream for older eyelids

Proslong-lasting, non-flaking
Being 57, I have discovered that older crepey eyelids are fussy about what liquid eyeliner they will accept. This one is perfect in consistency and brush quality and control to create an evenly applied line on a relatively uneven surface. It is not shiny, but is a velvety line.
I used to use Aziza, before they changed their formulation long ago (and before that as a teen I used Maybelline!). Since then I have not been able to find a product that wouldn't wither smudge, glob, flake, or all of the above. The Aziza was a bit thin but afforded me the control I needed, and I could just reapply to get opacity.
But the YSL is worth every bit of extra money. Seconds for a precise line every morning.

Best liquid eyeliner!

Prossmudgable, long-lasting
I stopped using liquid eyeliner because it didn't dry fast and came on my upper portion of the eyes when I opened them. Also, liquid brushes didn't work well for very thin line. I started using gel with a brush, but getting the thinnest line with the brush was also a challenge sometimes. I decided to try this product after reading good reviews. My lids are very oily, so sometimes the gel liner fades a bit. I have been using YSL for a while now. The brush is perfect and gives me a nice thin liner, I also use it on the bottom waterline sometimes and it looks very good when smudged a bit with brush. The eyeliner does not smudge, the brush gives me the perfect thin line, and it stays on without flaking the entire day. I really like this product and will buy it again. I have not used the gel liner in a while since I bought this. I like thin eyeliner and the brush for this is perfect.

I've had it for almost half a year and have plenty left, its not dried out and it works great.
