I haven’t used this mascara in years. I decided to buy and try it again. So far, a hit! It’s the waterproof formula and it applies seamlessly, looks natural and holds my lashes up. ( I use a curling tool ). Never smudges. It’s a keeper.
Not happy with this purchase. The mascara was dry and flakey. The packaging was not tampered with and the mascara appeared fine but with use it became clear that the Definicils was not as it should be. Not sure if the formula has changed or if it was simply old. Either way I will not purchase this product again.
