I have had hits & misses Re: Finish Line. I am a senior citizen with hooded eyes. I had to learn how to mix product with powder in correct manner. Any use of product and powder on lower eye will eventually smear, run down into eye lines and will give an owl like appearance. On upper eye lid, I had to learn to use several layers of eye shadow(s) prior to application of Finish Line. After these steps the good news is the upper eyelids remained in place for 12 hours. It came off easy with soap & water. I did not have problems with irritated, burning eyes. With any makeup,after hours, makeup did not look quite fresh, but stayed on eyelids.
If you are someone who prefers to use a brush for eyeliner rather than pencils or felt tips this is absolutely wonderful. It turns any shadow or powder liner into a long lasting liner and comes off easily. Perfect.
I have used a powder eyeliner for years and have loved its overall soft effect. This product comes in a convenient bottle with a dropper to put a discreet amount of the liquid onto the back of my hand to load my eyeliner brush. My brush is then able to pick up the perfect amount of powder liner the create a distinct, yet still soft lined-eye effect. No more do I lose the powder off the lash line by midday. This product works beautifully as a liner that absolutely stays in place. Saleswoman recommended aubergine instead of my usual black and she was right on....
