It really doesn’t smudge or run. I’ve been wear Charlotte Tilbury for the past year and while the packing is so pretty, it would always embarrassingly smudge even if you get it wet. This mascara isn’t as thick, which is the only con, but it doesn’t smudge so I’m hooked. I even bought my mom some. Such a find!
My sister-in-law recommended this mascara. I get the worst racoon eyes with mascara. No matter what kind, I have a lot of oils around my eyes and mascara just runs down my face. This one stays put really well.
