You need to apply quite carefully but if you do there are no clumps and doesn’t flake at all all day. I’ve even accidentally worn to a hot yoga class with no streaks or smears. Yet somehow washes off easily with just warm water and soft cloth
I love the Chanticalle mascara, but it is entirely too expensive. I have tried so many other mascaras searching for a mascara that doesn't flake or smear and stays put until you take it off. This does everything I was looking for. I swirl it as I am removing the brush from the tube, and you have the amount required for application. I recommend this mascara if you are looking for the above-mentioned benefits. The price is also great.

This mascara was very gloppy and messy. It formed flakes on my lashes and crumbled under my eyes after 2 hours of wearing. A lot of the product is deposited on the wand and taking into consideration it costs almost $170 per ounce, this seems like a very poorly designed product.
