Ordered some great products for my mom for Christmas and it was guaranteed delivery by 12/24/17. Received them on 12/26/17. Never had this happen with Nordstrom before. Not happy because I would have ordered from somewhere else or gone to a store in order to have it for Christmas day. Products get 5 stars/shipping/delivery gets 0.

Number One, Nordstrom is The Best. Number Two, "Beautiful" lotion is one of my favorite scents and it makes my o skin feel silky. The price was lower than I found elsewhere and shipping was super-quick. I am pleased!
