I have been using this eye pencil for 5+ years and I do love the control I get with it (vs. wet liner). And, it's soft enough to glide on and blend when needed, yet doesn't smudge or rub off all day. Also washes off nicely in the evening so saves my lashes from unnecessary abuse. Git it a try!
All I can say is when I try a buy any other brand’s “water proof” pencil it never works like this one! I’m the eyeliner Queen & I’ve been using those for 15 years!! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a liner that stays and is bold.
