This is the only eye pencil I use for its quality and affordability. I am giving it a 4 star because it can smudge by the end of the day, so make sure to check the mirror from time to time! It glides on well on my eyes and blends pretty good. I don't wear make up often, so this pencil does dry out before I can use it all.
