Very gentle and non-irritating, so it's good for sensitive skin. This is good to use in the morning and before sleeping at night. It also has a very light scent that smells clean but not overwhelming.
Philosophy Purity is my favorite cleanser. I have normal to oily skin (T zone) and this product leaves my face feeling clean without over drying it. And the Anniversary Sale price is a good chance to stock up. Thanks Nordstrom!
I’ve just come back to this. It is all I need and no strong scent or greasy feel. Removes the pollution and pollen of the day and leaves no trace of make-up residue. Added benefit, at about one third the cost of others of similar efficacy.
I’ve used this cleanser for 10+ years and love it. It’s simple, gentle & great at removing makeup...I don’t even need to follow it with a toner. I use this in the evenings and Philosophy Micro cleanser in the AM for daily exfoliation. I started this regime in my early 20s and had acne prone skin. I’m now 34 and have given other cleansers a try for a week or so but always come back to this one b/c I can tell a difference in my skin when I’m not using it.
