SCRATCHES ON TOES OF BOTH SHOES

I WAS EXCITED TO RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED BY THE SCRATCHES/MARKS ON BOTH SHOES IN THE TOE AREA...I RETURNED THE SHOES AND I AM WAITING ON THE REPLACEMENT PAIR (HOPEFULLY WITH NO SCRATCHES). I WILL BE HAPPY WHEN I ACTUALLY RECEIVE MY NEW SHOES AND CAN WEAR THEM.

The size was too large and I had to return the shoes. They looked good, but much larger than the other 7 pairs of AE shoes I own. Still waiting for credit to show on my card statement.

I thought ordering a 3W would give me plenty of room but was disappointed. Seems shoes of this quality would be larger in that size.

I've ordered shoes from Allen Edmond's before and they we're the color I asked for, I have been satisfied with the quality and color. The pair I returned was not the color I ordered, it looked like faded pink! There was no luster even with that awful color. Seems the quality is not what the shoe normally represented
