I have several Chanel Quadra shadow compacts and just received my latest colors - Enigma. As always, fabulous long lasting color and great combinations. Highly recommend.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting, finely milled
Of the eye palettes I tried: Chanel, YSL, Dior, Guerlain, Chanel was the best.
Pros: 1) formulation and texture - so finely milled that it's almost creamy to the feel, yet is a powder; 2) color - neither too shimmery nor matte, more of like a "glow" effect. (One needs a little tiny bit of shine for dimension but I found that the other brands I've tried [mentioned above] tend to be too shimmery); 3) pigmentation - very richly pigmented, you don't need a lot to achieve the color desired; 4) well-coordinated - colors go well together, depending on the application, can go from light (for day) to deeper (for night); 5) long-lasting - I apply in the morning and colors stay put until evening without any running or smudging and no irritation.
Cons: I do have to agree with other reviewers who are disappointed with the swatches online. You really need to try it on in-store to get the right colors.
Overall, I am happy with these palettes and have purchased the Kaskia beige and Nymphea.

Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting
This eyeshadow is so pretty! I used the pale pink in the inner corners of my eye. The brown all over the lid with the pale green layered over the brown on the lid and the dark emerald green in the outer V.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
Of the hundreds of eye shadows I have bought over the years, this is really the best. Put it on - it stays on! No eye irritation, which for me is really great. very easy to use too. A little for daytime and you can intensify the look for night. I am very fair and don't find the gray/black pallet to be overpowering.
