Ordered this eye pencil because my MAC eye pencil was not cutting it. I still use a sharpen pencil because I prefer a soft blendable line on my water line and lid. This pencil has just the right blend of wax and oil to keep it from dragging or pulling on your eye. Yes, it is expensive but if you want products tgat work you really can’t beat the quality of Chanel.
I have used this product for years. This is the first time that the color from the pencil is not "taking" as I try to line upper lids. It is a bit more waxy than previous Chanel liners.
Every eyeliner and mascara smudges on me, but not this one (which based on some of the reviews I was totally expecting it to). Pair this with the waterproof volume mascara and I’ve found my perfect duo.
