Proslong-lasting
Really enjoy this eye pencil. It is easy to use, not messy, creates highlight where you desire, stays put. I use it on my lash line, not on my eyelid, but at the base of my eye lashes, applying from the front. Stays on...subtle highlight, I was desiring.
I have this in Marine and it is the ideal blue for inner rim of my lower lid, the blue really makes the whites of your eyes sparkle and it has staying power. I also have the much sought after, long gone Rouge Noir from the 2015 holiday collection and that one is spectaular for brown eyes as liner for upper and lower lids and then I use the #69 Clair on the inside of my lower lid.
