This pencil is easy to apply, it is soft and the color is great. But it only stays on for a few hours, then smudges away.

I really wanted to like this eyeliner since I fall in love with the simple design of the eyeliner. But they bleed so bad. I tried it with primer, primer +shadow. Tried everything but at the end of the night I always end up with raccoon eyes.
