Chanel skincare and make up never disappoints me! This eyeliner is awesome, especially if you want something soft like a brown but a cool shade not warm, and also not as dramatic as black. This charcoal color hits the spot. I can put it on lightly and smudge it or layer it for a more dramatic effect.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting, perfect color
I love the Chanel eye pencil I purchased. You were able to match the color to the Georgio Armani pencil that has been discontinued of which I have used for years. Not all companies have a green tinted black pencil. The team of consultants did a great job trying to find a good match.
I absolutely love the texture of this eye-pencil and the pristine finish it gives my eye make-up. I always feel great about the way it looks and best of all...It upholds in Houston weather! Amazing!!
