The Chanel intense eye pencil glides on smoothly leaving a perfect line above and below the eye! It sharpens well and has been in my makeup bag for many years!

I was disappointed that this product does smudge. It leaves a dark smudge mark under both my eyes. I thought at this price point, this eyeliner would be made with quality materials that wouldn't smudge. Definitely not worth the money.
I am liking this pencil, using this to lighten up my bottom lid and open my eyes up a bit. (based on advise from the cosmetic rep at the store). I then follow up with a color under/between the bottom lashes & same for top lashes.
I can't really tell you exactly what this color pencil is because it's hard to say, but it's really pretty and will pop lighter colored eyes. It's a cross between brown/purple. Goes on easy and smudges well if you so choose for that look. It can be used wet as well as dry. Comes with sharpener.
