I purchased this blush color after using Rose Ecrin before. The blush lasted forever, since a few swipes are all you need. I prefer to use a blush brush, instead of the small brush that Chanel includes in the compact. I was so grateful for the Chanel SA at the Chicago Michigan Ave store, who was very patient and took a lot of time assisting me with my purchases. We did everything over the phone, since I live out of the State of Illinois, but I can only reommend any Chanel customers to contact Jackie the Chanel Sa, who is incredibly knowledgeable about Chanel products, and is willing to send you samples if you're unable to come to the store. This was importand to me, especally now during the pandemic. Thank you again, Jackie!
I heard Chanel was discontinuing their original blush formula (WHY?!) which has been a long time favorite of mine and so I knew I had to get 80 Jersey before it was gone forever. I can not believe I waited this long to get this color. It is a neutral, brown-pink color. Not too warm, not too cool. Not too light, not too deep. It is the most PERFECT neutral blush that goes with everything on my light-medium, neutral skin. It's the kind of blush where you think, am I wearing blush or did I just wake up like this? It's perfectly buildable, subtle, yet pigmented. It's a satin with a very slight sheen, very very fine shimmer. As always, the formula just blends right into the skin, lasts all day (10 hours and I was shocked my blush looked perfect still.) The scent is the typical strong Chanel scent so don't get this if you are sensitive to smells. I will be mourning the loss of this Chanel blush formula. What a tragedy!
After looking at almost every blush on the planet and doing a lot of research I landed on this beautiful blush from Chanel and it’s perfect. The color pay off isn’t huge with one sweep but I like that you can control how much pigment you get, from subtle to striking...it’s buildable. I bet this would be great on many but can say for sure that If you are fair and ginger, it’s the perfect peach while not being orange or too pink. It’s light peach with light pinky, (on the blue side which is good), undertones.
