This is a certainly a decent primer, I guess I I was just expecting a bigger wow factor from Chanel. This primer definitely help to keep your makeup throughout the day, but I did not see any other benefits.
I'm experienced with primers. I've tried many different ones from a variety of companies. I have my favorites but thought I would try the Chanel Makeup Base because of its positive reviews. Yes, it keeps your foundation in place. Does it last the entire day, no. I also find that it gives a more matte look and does little in the way of illuminating. I won't be returning this product but I also won't buy it again. I like a more luminous look and this did not provide that.
