This is the second tube of this color I've bought. 178 has no shimmer, just color a coral that leans watermelon. Just color no glitter or shimmer. Chanel glosses are great not gooey or hair catching. They're worth it if you're in love with the color. The consistency is perfect.
Chanel's lip glosses are the best! Every now and then I will try another brand, but I always go back to Chanel! I have a big assortment of different colors in this line. My newest addition "Imagine" is my new favorite. I typically use it on top of a Rouge Coco lipstick for color saturation and staying power. However, I like to wear theses glosses by themselves also.

Proscolorless
Unfortunately, I returned this gloss. I expected a bright color, but it went on almost colorless, just some shine. I had on-line chatted with a beauty expert, and described shade I was looking for, and she helped me choose this shade. I guess we were both going by the on line photos. And when it arrived, it looked perfect in the tube. But just "meh" on the lips. Do love Nordstrom's return policy.
