Prosmoisturizing, non-sticky
I've used Chanel Levres Scintillantes Glossimer for 20+ years and this product has remained a consistently great performer. Does not bleed into upper lip lines like tube lipsticks. Always sparkles, stays on well and comes in beautiful shades. Pricy, but worth it. Highly recommend!
