This is the best lip liner on the market. The pigment is nice, the outside is sleek, and the quality is not matched. I have worn the rosey color for over a decade. I just hope they never cancel it!
One liner does not last me very long. I always have extras at home and one in my purse so that I am not caught by surprise when one runs out. I wish it were easier to take it apart when it is out so that I can get every last bit out.
I use this with and without lipstick. For everyday occasions, I line my lips heavily and then use lip balm to blend. This creates nice color coverage without being too thick.
This is a really nice lip pencil -- not really built to use as a fill color, which I sometimes do to alter a lip color or make it last longer. The waterproof aspect helps keep it in place too. I was buying my fave Chanel lip color (Mademoiselle 05) and the associate recommended this shade. It is for my lips a bit brown with that particular shade of lipstick but it works!

Chanel liners are the best! They are easy to apply, the colors are great and I can't say enough good about them. I know, I've tried many others and these are my favorite.
I have purchased this liner many times , whenever I feel like trying something new and buy a different brand I am always disappointed . I have finally decided this is the liner for me. It goes on smoothly , has excellent precision , and the color is perfect for a vast amount of lipstick shades. It never breaks off and has great staying power. Really it can't be beat, and I have tried!
