Vamp is a unique color

Just tried this color for the first time. Although I own 25 polishes this is my first Chanel nail color. Vamp appears to be brown based, with some burgundy thrown in. It is not red, but has maroon shimmer. The formula is a cream, and went on well. 2 coats and a shiny topcoat and my nails look great. This is supposed to be the color worn by Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction, but it looks different to (or on) me. Still, it is a nice, rich color, and very striking. I also looked at Taboo, which is dark purple with a lot of glitter. The color in the bottle is gorgeous, the reality on the saleslady's fingers was just tacky looking! There is a reason Vamp is a classic, and I'm very happy with it.

Prosgreat color

I love the color, Vamp. Beautiful shade of red. Perfect for year round wear. Not a Holiday red. Just perfect. It did not last as long as I hoped but a very good polish.

Natural shine, pretty color

Big fan of Chanel nail polishes. The texture is very smooth, can be painted evenly, although the brush can be improved (like what Dior and YSL offers). The best part of Chanel polish is the natural shine, and only 1 coat required to have full coverage. The overall quality and color offerings are very satisfying.

The 3 shades in the 2014 Spring collection are quite unique. The eggplant color and the neon red color are new, and will be added to the regular collection, while the ballet pink color is repromotion of the regular shade.

The color is perfect, but it was cracked

I got it about 10days, the color, VAMP, is perfectly my favor. But one thing has a crack on its cap. I feel so depressed, but just I use it.
