This Pair of shoes must require a break in period, they are a little stiff, I purchased two pair of Echo and on had some stitching that was coming undone that I returned for an exchange. I have have not received the new pair yet but the CSR that helped me to,d me exactly what to do to return them, the other pair of Ecco Shoes that I purchased are a little different than this pair, overall the shoes seem to wear well
