Definitely does reduce circles and puffs. I am happy enough to buy it again, but I am still looking for something that will truly tackle my morning puffy eyes. Overall, my eye area is definitely more moisturized and I do see a difference in the "brightness" of my eyes. I also like that this doesn't cause my makeup to rub off, leaving the dreaded "raccoon eye" effect. So it's good, worth a try, but not great.
I really love this eye cream. It pats in easily and it does not have a scent (works well for me as I have sensitive skin and am sensitive to most scented creams). Additionally I live in a very dry climate and this works well for keeping my skin hydrated and soft.

Seems to take puffiness away after a little while, nice and creamy but not greasy. Been using for several month and pleased with it.
