First purchased these vitamins while in Croatia. They worked miracles for me. They reduced my hair loss significantly on the day I started using them. Have been purchasing them from Nordstrom for a while. For some unknown reason they don't seem to be as effective as the ones I bought in Croatia.
I'm African american with medium length hair. I used these pills 5 years ago and my hair was amazing. It was shiny, bouncy, long, and healthy. I stopped because these are pricey to me and i went with a $12 hair and nails pill from Walgreen's. Once a year normally in the summer, my hair sheds really bad. This summer was the worst. I would have hair all over the bathroom sink and floor. I was really worried because my hair came out so bad people thought that I got a hair cut and I didn't! So I ordered these and within 2 weeks the shedding has stopped! I do drink a lot of water so maybe the combination of both have helped. This item is pricey, but it really works. I'll probably be able to see good results within another 2 months. I will add this to my regime.
