My hair stylist swears by these. My nails are better after a week and my hair feels fuller. I haven’t notice growth but that will take a little longer (obviously). I am very happy with this purchase.
I've been taking these for awhile, and they do really work to grow out your hair faster and fulller. You'll need to give it at least 2 months, and if you stop taking them your results will go away so be consistent!

I have been taking these for 4 years. They work and love that I can take them in the morning on an empty stomach. Highly recommend!!!
