I have very dark undereye circles and was looking for a brightening setting powder to dust on after application of concealer. I tried this powder and compared it with ELF's white setting powder that is $6 for twice the amount. I saw no difference in texture, application, creasing, appearance, or wear throughout the day.
Absolutely love this under eye finishing power. Work a little bit of the powder into the velour puff and press it onto the skin. Lightly brush away any excess, if any. Your concealer will last all day and no creepiness.
This product was recommended to me by a Clinique make up artist. Most mascaras and eyeliner’s leave me with black circles under my eyes a few hours later. However, this product truly helps in decreasing the amount of product that appears under my eyes during the day. I just brush on a little bit of this powder and I have minimal mascara or eyeliner residue hours later.
