I don’t think this actually does anything to brighten my under eye. I wore it for a week straight and I don’t see any difference — for instance I don’t look in the mirror and think wow my under eyes look way better using this.
This powder is and has been the best for setting concealer. It brightens, doesn’t crease, and locks concealer in place. I highly recommend it to people who need under eye concealer.

This is my second time purchasing tis brightening powder. I have long eyelashes and used to always struggle with my bottom lash mascara bleeding onto my concealer and making black/grey dots under my eyes. I tried several combinations of mascara and concealer but still always had the same problem. FINALLY a salesperson showed me this powder. I apply with a small brush over my concealer before I put on bottom mascara and it 1. brightens my under eye area 2. stops my mascara from bleeding. I love this product!
