I got what I paid for, was hoping these would be a little less stiff, but end up feeling like less expensive Bass loafers.

Wonderful product

Have worn EDs for over 40 years. Always a 12E. Because I had a squeak problem I called re-crafting and also told them that it was a little tight and could they stretch it. After the squeak could not be remedied Beth said that they would just replace the shoes, but because of the tightness issue she said they would replace them with a 12EEE. What a welcome change and better fit. If you need a wide shoe get the triple E. After I received that shoe I then ordered a pair of black and tan in the same size. Love them. The staff at ED were very helpful and accommodating. They may be expensive but the product is beyond peer.
