I need a Lash-building Mascara Primer before applying mascara. I normally use Estée Lauder primer, which is blackish brown. This is white. It goes on well, but if you rush out of the house and forget your mascara, you look a bit odd. I gave it a 3 rating in part because it’s not convenient and is hard to see on my fine eyelashes when applying.
This primer not only builds up my eyelashes, it also helps keep my mascara in place. It sets the mascara nicely and keeps it from smudging throughout the day.
