I would give these 5 stars for comfort, but I give 1 star for quality. After about 1 month the heel wore off like everyone else has reported. I took me a while to make the decision to buy these due to the price so I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality.
I have owned many UGG shoes over the years and this was my first UGG slipper. I wished I had listened to the reviews about the black UGG's coming off on your feet. It is totally accurate and turns them black for sure!! Also these UGG slippers completely started falling apart about 6 months in. I have owned other UGG shoes and they were great for years...not these slippers!! Horrible hold up - I will attach a photo. I will NEVER buy these again. I ordered a different brand today that have a 5 star rating.
