Ordered late at night online and picked up in the morning at the mall. Easy process. Shoes was comfortable and so warm! Great to use in this SoCal weather!
Loved these so much I bought another pair when the first ones wore out. I swear I wear them every day— the work shoes come off and these go on immediately. I am a true 7 and after a few wears they stretch a tiny bit so they have a little more room when you look at the heel. I still bought a 7 for the second pair too. I don’t mind the extra room. No stink here cuz of the genuine shearling!
Because I am such an UGGS fan, I convinced my kids to be UGGS fans as well . . . especially my daughter-in-law. This pair was her Christmas gift and she was over the top. The UGGS I bought her 5 Christmases ago finally wore out. In the interim she bought a pair of fake ones, and they barely held up a year. Needless to say, she was very happy with the new ones, which were in black. I guess we are a total UGGS family!!
I first bought these 7+ years ago & loved them. Last year I bought another pair in a different color and within weeks the fur on the insole on heel & forefoot was completely worn away with only a few hours of wear. They were not comfortable with the bare spots so I wear my old pair only now. Everything else seems to be the same as my old ones except the low quality insole. I’m very disappointed in Uggs.
