I love these UGG slippers and have worn them for years. However, this year I bought a new pair (black) for Christmas and when I took them off, my feet were black from the dye! It was disgusting! I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed and there was still some discoloration on my feet. It was pretty gross and disappointing. I’m returning them for my original color- brown with light fur.
This is my second pair of these UGG slippers. I wore the first pair out over the course of 10-15 years. I love the color selection available at Nordstrom online and the comfort I've come to expect from UGG. Delivery was relatively quick and painless.
Bought these slippers to replace my Ugg moccasins that were about 10 years old and showing signs of their age finally. I’m now on my second pair of these within 6 months because the first pair the fur rubbed off on the heels and now the same has happened to the second pair after Nordstrom replaced the first. These are only worn indoors and for short periods of time per day. For the price, I expected the quality to be much better.
I have lots of uggs. This is my second purchase of the coquette. First pair lasted years. This time the heels were bald in a month of only wearing around the house and they stretched way more than before. Of course Nords took them back and said seems to be a reoccurring theme with this style now. Ordered different style (Grove) and love so far.
