I love all of my Uggs but especially the Coquette Slippers. I wore out my last gray pair after 4 years of walking my dog in the middle of the night and just general enjoyment. I ordered a replacement pair and when I received them they were not only too big (always order a size 6) but the soles were like plastic. Sadly I returned them. Then still needing a new gray pair I ordered again and this time not only did they fit better the soles are most definitely not plastic! I love them. I don't know why there is so much difference now but I do know that it is hit and miss. It's not the store's fault but it is frustrating. I recently lost both my pink and black Coquettes and 2 pairs of Bailey Button's when my checked bag was riffled. I want to replace them but dread not knowing what the quality will be. Also the pale pink is not available anymore. At least not that I have found.
Bought these for my mom and loved them so much I got myself a pair. When you first get them they seem too small because they are so fluffy, but give it a day and your feet kind of mold right in. They are good for indoor/quick outdoor use.
These slippers kept my feet warm, but as with some previous reviewers, the fur in the heel wore completely down after only a few months of indoor wear. Expected better quality at this price. Thankfully my local Nordstrom shoe department agreed & honored the return.
