Comfy but terrible quality

These slippers are very comfortable but within 9 months, the fur on the foot bed has worn down - this should not happen for $100+ slippers.

I had a pair of Minnetonka slippers and they lasted a little over 2 years. I was told these UGGs were better. I only wear these slippers in my house and they are clean since we don’t wear shoes in home. The left slipper has a hole where the fur stuff is supposed to be and it’s worn down so much that my feet hurt. I ordered in Jan and noticed the hole end of Feb. I don’t know if I received a bad one or if the quality went down. I will probably not purchase again.
Bought to replace 10 year old same but they ARENT the same...footbed is flat and I need arch support even just around the house...shearling seems thinner too...going back!

So comfy. I had a pair before that were too big so I ordered down a size and they fit GREAT! They are comfy around the house and the tread makes it so I can wear them to Pilates class or for a quick errand. LOVE!
