Not the same quality as before. Once I tried it on I knew instantly that it felt different. Will be returning.

Comfortable and fit well I've had these for almost a year and I'm noticing other photos don't have the UGG symbol on the heel where the complaint of wearing down so not sure of authenticity
Have owned Ugg’s since before they were popular. I have never had this happen. I was so excited to get these slippers and after 2 weeks the shearling came off in the heel area of both slippers. I was hoping the insole was removable so I could buy the replacements but they are sewn in. So unhappy about this as I love them and they are comfortable and warm. I guess I’ll contact UGG customer support directly and see if they will replace. For $120. slippers they should at least make it 1 year. I’m hoping Nordstrom passes on these reviews to UGG Corporate Offices.
