I bought a pair of these like 12 years ago and they are still in good condition. I bought a new pair because I really liked the gray color. Well, these new ones lasted all 3 weeks AND I didn’t wear them everyday.! The quality sucks! The shearling was falling off in clumps and looked like the shearer came to do their job. They are comfortable though and run half a size bigger.

LOVE...but sole quality could use some improving

So far I’ve had these 9 months (only worn maybe 5 of those), and one shoe has already worn through at the heel (see pic). I’m hoping that only that one shoe is defective and have contacted customer service but am waiting to hear back. Other thoughts... Pros: stylish, quality upper fur, tough bottom of shoe for going briefly outside, great durable stitching
Cons: very very hard sole, poor fur quality on the sole (tears away easily), stains easily
Out of everything I’m most disappointed with the comfort level of the sole...it’s not that hard to make a comfy slipper. They could at least make the sole softer and change the fur material so it holds up longer than 9 months. Do I like them, yes, would I repurchase..probably not...at least not at full price.
Size: I’m a true 8.5 and went with the 8...they fit great with room to spare.
Very disappointed in these. I have had many pairs but the quality in these have gone down. I ordered them on 10/2 and it's now just 11/30 so 2 months and the left slipper has completely worn on the heel and inside. Would return but I have actually worn them.

Wanted a new cozy Ugg slipper and was excited for this pair. It was a cozy fit and liked the sole. But was highly disappointed in the slipper when after less than two months the area where my heel is completely worn down like many others mention in their reviews. Poor quality for the price! Ugh and Nordstrom should look into fixing this!
