I have owned Ugg’s for years. Last year my sis got me a new pair of slippers in less than 6 months the fur in heel was completely worn. I contacted Ugg, they sent a new pair same thing happened in less than 3 months. My previous ugg slippers I had for almost 10 years. For what these cost they should last way longer. I bought a deluxe by dwarfism slipper from target that looks similar to Ugg’s for $35, they are holding up great. Ugg needs to change where they are having their shoes made. Or charge a lot less less to match the new poor quality. I won’t be buying from Ugg again, sad to say, unless their quality issues improve.
My foot is cradled in fluffy warmth. Ugg has maintained the quality of their slippers. They are just as well constructed as my first pair.

Was so happy when this color was back in stock. Other reviews say they run big, just a little, but ordered my regular size and they are fine for slippers. Sizing down may have not worked since they don’t have 1/2 sizes. I can see how the fur will wear down in the heel. My other UGGs slippers only last a year as well. They do feel thinner on top and different than my other slippers.
