After a week of receiving these slippers, the “real glued on shearling”wore off on the heel and it was like walking on a board. Real shearling doesn’t wear off. It forms to your foot. You’re paying for the trendy name here, not the quality of the product! Waste of money!
I like everything about Ugg slippers except they just do not last as long as my first pairs of Ugg. I will still purchase them, just a little more often that I used to because they fit well and are very warm.
UGG- you need to make the sole/heel last longer. Wearing flat and out in two months is unacceptable. My boots and shoes are not the quality they were years ago.

I too have been very disappointed in the quality of my Ugg slippers. I returned one pair to Nordstrom due to the fur wearing oof the foot bed but hesitated to repeatedly return the slipper, so I’ve just worn them as is. I agree that the first 2-3 pairs I bought held up much better that the last ones. I have received a pair every year for Christmas for the last 6-7 years and had no idea everyone was experiencing this same issue. I wish I had known and I would have returned. Not okay to pay this price and accept this quality. The 2 stars is because when they are new, they are so comfortable, but they stretch out and fur wears off quickly.
