Prosvolumizing, lengthening, defining
This is the BEST mascara ever!!!! I highly recommend it.....goes on nice and stays nice all day . Really makes your lashes look long and thick. Did not like the waterproof one ...got all over my eye lid during the day...stick to the regular one.

Prosvolumizing, defining, lengthening
I've bought this mascara pretty religiously since I was in the 8th grade; I have tried several other companies, but for some reason keep coming back to diorshow no matter how satisfied I am elsewhere. (Maybe that's brand identification, but oh well) I actually get the greatest use of this product when it's not brand-new anymore, something happens to it as it ages that lets my lashes get the full volumizing effects (without clumping) Not sure what that is, but if you don't like it at first don't give up!!

Prosclumpy, grayish, ineffective, over hyped
I tried this mascara a couple of times, and every time it would deliver sub-par results for at most 2 weeks, then dry up horribly so that there was seemingly nothing left in the tube. You'd think that a tube so big would mean a lot of uses, but no.
Also, for my long, fine and numerous lashes, the brush could not do anything at all. It could not get between them, it could not put enough product on them, all it did was kind of run over them and tint them a little. It was pretty pathetic. Despite delivering no length or volume to speak of, it managed to make my lashes stick together in groups so that it looked like i had FEWER lashes, and trust me I know what I'm doing when it comes to makeup. From a makeup artist's perspective, this product is just one of those "cult favorites" that is placed in magazines on a paid basis over and over again, and people are convinced that it is so great because all the magazines tell them that they should think so. Lancome Hypnose and Estee Lauder Sumptuous Lifting Mascara are way more volumizing, darker, and last a long time. I could name a dozen or more others that are better than this- Laura Mercier Full Blown Volume, Bobbi Brown Everything Mascara, etc.... this one was just sad.
I hear people with short stubby lashes like this one, but if your lashes are a nice length already and you want thickness and drama, this is a waste of time and money.
